Stranded-gas economics. Partner site. Direct gas PPA.
The Nigeria site runs off-grid on natural gas, under a direct PPA with the gas company. Generation sits with the miners: containerised plant, not a grid tariff with a middleman built in. The site is owned and operated by an associated partner. You contract with NexusArc; we already deal with that operator.
That power structure is the economic point. Off-grid gas with a direct offtake is how distribution charges and grid unreliability are avoided. We still do not print a vanity rate here. Ask, and we reply with the tariff that applies to the quantity and window you actually take.

The arrangement
The sites are owned and operated by partners — power producers, data centres, and private operators. You contract with NexusArc. We already deal with those operators, so you are not running a plant in a jurisdiction you did not come here to manage.
